There are no carriage charges within the EU (except for items over 2 kg to non UK destinations). We strongly believe that what you see is what you pay and you don't get any nasty surprises on the last page of the checkout. There is a small order charge of £1.95 for any orders under £10 in value, to cover our costs. For other destinations' please email us for a quote.
Goods are normally dispatched by Royal Mail, and are therefore delivered by the normal postal service. If you are likely to be out when the postman calls, you may wish to give us instructions for leaving in a secure place or with a neighbour. Otherwise a card will be put through the door asking you to pick the order up from either a local sorting office or Post Office. We do occasionally use other carriers if Royal Mail is inappropriate.
Returns of faulty goods will either be replaced or refunded, according to your wishes. We will refund your postage costs in returning, in either case.
Non-faulty goods may be returned within 3 working days of receipt, providing they are in their original packaging and are unused. In this case we refund the purchase price only, and not the return postage costs.
