Spare lead (10m) from control to first light in indoor cc kits

£15.50

  • The controller in the colour changing rectangular and circular LED light kits has two output sockets.
  • Only one is normally used, and the lead is supplied with the kits.
  • If used in this way, this lead goes to the first light, a light to light lead then goes from the 1st. to 2nd. light, and so on. The final light has one unused socket, into which add- ons can be added (but a more powerful supply would be needed if more than 8 lights are used see: powersupplyformorethan8lights )
  • Sometimes, it is more convenient to have the lights in two groups (e.g. if one group is a long way away from the other). In this case a second lead would be needed. This is such a lead. It has a plug on one end that fits into the light, and on the other a plug that looks a bit like a telephone plug that fits into the controller. It is the lead at the top of this picture, beside the power supply.
  • It is 10m long, and if used from the same controller, the lights would all be synchronised i.e. all change same colours together.
  • We make these leads up, and they have a join in them covered with black insualation tape. This does not usually matter, as the leads are usually hidden. Each lead is tested before it goes out. It is better not to have the lead a lot longer than you need, so if you only want, say a 5m lead, let us know on the comments section of your order and we'll dispatch one accordingly.

There will be some delay on these while we source leads for these lights. We have plenty of the other things needed but have no leads at the moment.

There is no delivery charge with this product, in the UK and EU, but please contactus outside these regions.

(If you have any spare leads you’re not using please contactus - we will buy them off you).
