Our hours of opening are normally: Mon. to Fri. 8.30am to 5.30pm. Sat 8.30am to 2.00pm. Sun. and public holidays: Closed.


Goods available from stock are dispatched either same day or next day, for maximum of 5 day delivery in UK or EU. Goods under 2kg are normally delivered next day,  and average time for heavier goods is 3 days. For other destinations we will email you with estimated delivery times and cost options.

If there is likely to be a delay on delivery of more than 5 days, we will email you with the estimated delivery time, and give you the option of waiting or cancelling.

Delivery Charges

All orders are free delivery within the EU except items above 2kg outside the UK, but there is a small order charge of  £2.70 for order values below £10. If you order from outside the EU and the delivery charges are higher than above, we will email you first with the cost, and you will have the option of going ahead or cancelling.

Other charges

There are none. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. If you live in a region for which the VAT charge is not applicable, we will reduce the cost accordingly, and email you with confirmation of this.


We must be informed within 7 days, by any of the contact methods above, if you wish to return non-faulty goods. In such cases, we will refund the cost of the goods, when we receive them, but not refund any delivery charges incurred. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

Faulty goods will be either replaced or refunded in full (according to your preference). In both cases we will refund the cost of return by the method we ask. Faulty goods are defined as those suffering from defective parts, materials and/or manufacture, within one year of purchase or those damaged in transit.

You have the responsibility of returning the goods, usually by taking to a Post Office. We will inform you how this is to be done.

Payment by us will be made by the same method as you paid.


All goods are guaranteed for one year against defective parts, materials and/or manufacture, unless otherwise stated. Where  appropriate, electrical goods must be fitted by a suitably qualified person. Incorrect fitting or misuse voids the guarantee. All descriptions on our website are guaranteed to be accurate and reasonable representations of the goods.


This can be made by any of the methods outlined in our checkout boxes. If paying by debit or credit card, we will not take payment until the actual day of dispatch of the goods. Any refunds will be by the same method as payment was made, unless we agree otherwise. All your payment details are via a secure server and will be destroyed after payment has been credited.
