About Us

• This is the website of the Rhyl Lightworks Company.
  We are specialists in  electrical products, particularly lighting, lamps, heating and security.
  
• We strongly believe there should be no nasty surprises on the last page of the checkout.
  Thus: ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE CARRIAGE FREE AND PRICES INCLUDE VAT.
  THERE IS NOTHING TO ADD ON UNLESS YOUR ORDER IS LESS THAN £10, WHEN A SMALL ORDER CHARGE OF £1.65 APPLIES, OR YOU ARE BUYING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU, WHEN YOU SHOULD EMAIL US FOR CARRIAGE CHARGES.
  
• Most of our products are sent by first class Royal Mail within the UK. So if you are out, and either the package will not go through the letter box and no instructions are left to deliver to a neighbour, etc., a card is left, asking you to pick up the package from the local Sorting Office or Post Office.
   An extra charge is made for guaranteed next day delivery - please phone us for details.
  
• If you are buying several products, or a large quantity of one item, contact us for a quote, as we can sometimes give discounts on orders over £100.
  
• We can supply many more products than are listed on our site.
