About Us

• This is the website of the Rhyl Lightworks Company.
  We are specialists in  electrical products, particularly lighting, lamps, heating and security.
  
• We strongly believe there should be no nasty surprises on the last page of the checkout.
  Thus: ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE CARRIAGE FREE AND PRICES INCLUDE VAT.
  THERE IS NOTHING TO ADD ON UNLESS YOUR ORDER IS LESS THAN £10, WHEN A SMALL ORDER CHARGE OF £1.85 APPLIES, OR YOU ARE BUYING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU, WHEN YOU SHOULD EMAIL US FOR CARRIAGE CHARGES.
  
• Most of our products are sent by first class or special delivery Royal Mail within the UK. Occasionally we use a different carrier. An extra charge is made for guaranteed next day delivery - please phone us for details.
• Some of our more delicate products are inspected and tested before going out, so if your product's box has be opened and resealed, this is the reason why.
  
• If you are buying several products, or a large quantity of one item, contact us for a quote, as we can sometimes give discounts on orders over £100.
  
• We can supply many more products than are listed on our site.
